Mallory Osteopathic Family Practice offers injectables as well as VelaShape, the first FDA-approved noninvasive medical device for the circumferential reduction of fat. Our physician assistant, Shari Lopez, performs all treatment and injectables. Our laser staff is trained according to the highest national standards in laser technology and safety. As part of a medical clinic, we are HIPAA compliant with all aesthetics services, we require a consultation beforehand, which is a complimentary assessment.

Latisse – $128 per kit

Botox  - $13 per unit

Juvederm - $450 per syringe

VelaShape – $250 per body area per treatment. A minimum of four treatments is required for optimal effect. The first FDA-approved noninvasive medical device for the circumferential reduction of fat.
