Our Team

Our providers offer traditional family practice services as well as a variety of treatments ranging from hands-on medicine to cutting edge laser technology for the residents of Loveland, Fort Collins, and the surrounding Northern Colorado communities.

Patrick Mallory, D.O.

patrick malloryPatrick Mallory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of California at San Diego. He studied Osteopathic Medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University in Downers Grove IL, receiving his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine in June 1998. He completed an Osteopathic Family Practice Internship and Family Practice Residency in Chicago through the Chicago Osteopathic Postgraduate Training Institute, training in multiple hospitals throughout the greater Chicago area. Dr. Mallory was granted Board Specialty Certification in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice in October 2001. He worked for the United States Air Force as a family practice physician from July 2001 through July 2005. Dr. Mallory and his wife have two daughters.

Shari Ritchie, PA-C

shari ritchieShari Ritchie is a Certified Physician Assistant who received her education through the University Of Nebraska School Of Medicine in 2001. She practiced family medicine while in the Air Force, retiring in 2006 to go into private practice with Dr. Mallory. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, including women’s health, treatment of hormonal imbalances, aesthetics, cardiovascular risk reduction, and applications for low-level laser therapy. She has lived across the United States and Europe but fell in love with the Front Range and decided to make it her home. Shari and her husband live with her two daughters and sends care packages to her son, an active duty soldier.

Lindsay Wilkinson, PA-C

lindsay fryLindsay Wilkinson is a Certified Physician Assistant who grew up in Arvada, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Washington State University in 2007. After working as a Certified Nursing Assistant for a few months, she began the Physician Assistant program at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. She had the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations in Chicago and the surrounding area during her training. In September of 2010, she completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies and moved home to Colorado to be near her family and the Rocky Mountains. When she isn’t in the office, she can be found on one of the many hiking trails in the area, at a coffee shop reading, or spending time with her family.



Title: Receptionist

Education: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Chadron State College, Chadron, NE

Responsibilities:   Kari’s responsibilities include front desk check in, scheduling, answering the phones, medical records, and distribution of patient information from Updox.  Kari has fifteen years experience in the medical field with patient services.

A little more about Kari: Kari was born and raised as a Nebraska Husker fan and she’s lived on the Front Range for 30 years.  When not working at MFW, Kari enjoys gardening, macro photography, DIY projects, nature, and cooking Paleo for husband, Chris, and grown children Kelsey and Cale.



Title: Medical Assistant and Triage/Clinical Specialist

Education: Pharmacy Technician Certification Board – Certified Pharmacy Technician status as of 2004

IBMC – Associates in Occupational Studies, Medical Assisting 2014

Responsibilities:   Many people know Courtney as the triage nurse.  Besides supporting the staff and patients with her triage duties, Courtney also is a medical assistant for our providers and is part of our Regenerative Medicine Team.  Her past experience includes being a Certified Pharmacy Technician from 2003-2011 and an Optometric Assistant/Optician from 2011-2014.

A little more about Courtney: Courtney’s free time is spent with her husband, Jack D. Albrecht, Jr (author) and her two children, Christian and Molly.



Title:  Regenerative Medicine Manager

Education: Miramar College Biology, Phlebotomy Program in San Diego and Medical Lab Tech program at Miramar College

Responsibilities:   Jessica assists in the laboratory at Mallory Family Wellness and is responsible for blood draws and other lab duties.  She has past lab experience at LabCorp.

A little more about Jessica: Jessica moved to Colorado with her fiancé and their two dogs, Jaxx and Zeus, last summer. She is loving the seasons and of course the friendly people!




Title: Insurance Liaison

Responsibilities:   Marilou’s responsibilities include working with aged insurance and patient accounts. Marilou has spent the past 30 years working in the medical insurance industry.

A little more about Marilou:  Marilou has been a huge help to our team and we appreciate her efforts working our aged accounts.


Louise-Doherty-webTitle:  Authorizations/Referrals

Staff member since: May 2013

Responsibilities:Louise works with insurance companies and other facilities on a daily basis to acquire referrals and authorizations for patients.  She troubleshoots many of the complex issues and challenges that insurance companies are increasingly presenting to patients and their providers.  Louise prides herself on working diligently to achieve the outcome that patients deserve and expect from their Insurance carriers. She has over 18 years of billing, coding, medical records, scheduling and authorization experience in the medical field both at clinics and hospitals.

Personal Interest:  In addition to spending as much time possible with her new granddaughter and her grown children, Louise and her husband enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and long race walks with their yellow lab.



Title: Nationally Certified Medical Assistant

Education: Associates of Occupational Studies

Responsibilities:   Many know Kelsi as a Medical Assistant for the MFW providers. Along with those responsibilities she supports the clinic with phlebotomy, performs EKG’s, assists with minor surgical procedures, electronic medical record maintenance, sterilization of clinical equipment, and general patient care and treatment. Her past experience includes working for Doctor Crane and Seager Orthodontics for five  years.

A little more about Kelsi:  Kelsi spends much of her free time with her little boy.  “I’m a momma to Barrett, cutest boy ever!”

Education: Bachelor’s in Education

Responsibilities:   Jan’s responsibilities include front desk check in, scheduling, and answering the phones.  She is from Amarillo, TX where she taught a primary resource class for nine years.  After that she worked as the Mental Health Specialist for the Head Start program through Region 16 Education Service Center for 23 years before retiring and moving to Loveland, CO.  She was a patient at Mallory Family Wellness before she was hired to be the Receptionist at Looks Medical Aesthetics for two years before moving over to the medical side.  

A little more about Jan: Jan says she is a simple Texas gal who was lucky enough to move to the Rocky Mountains six years ago with her two children, Keslie and Coe.  “I’ve loved getting to know another part of the world and work in an office that is rewarding and offers top notch quality care!”



Title: Membership Coordinator and Checkout

Education:  IBMC/RMA

Responsibilities: Michelle’s responsibilities include coding, taking payments, charges and membership services.  She has over 30 years of experience.  

A little more about Michelle: Michelle is the smiling face you always see as you are finishing up your appointment. We are grateful to have Michelle as part of our team.  



Title: Nationally Certified Medical Assistant

Staff member since: January, 2015

Education: Associates of Occupational Studies,  Nationally Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomist

Responsibilities: Cassie supports our practice  by rooming patients, taking care of vital signs, setting up and assisting with a variety of procedures, phlebotomy, updating  medical charts, EKG’s, etc. She also helps ensure proper patient care, sterilization and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Cassie began as an extern at Mallory Family Wellness and was even hired before she completed her externship! She also completed an internship as a Phlebotomist at Kaiser Permanente in Longmont in 2014.

A little more about Cassie: Her favorite part of her job is being part of the Regenerative Medicine
Team and assisting Dr. Mallory in stem cell procedures.
